Simplified exchange and returns
With CYCAS D'OR you have 30 days to exchange your order and 14 days to return. We have a free return and exchange policy. This applies from the moment the order is in your possession. You can view and / or try on the article within this period, unless stated otherwise. The product can only be returned unused, with all its tags and labels, and, if possible, in its original packaging.
Per restituire l'ordine puoi inviare una mail a [email protected]. Ti riaccrediteremo l'importo entro 14 giorniend an email to [email protected]. We will credit you the amount back within 14 days.
Contatta il nostro servizio clienti per cambiare la tua giacca con una taglia più grande o più piccola. Una volta ricevuta la giacca, ti invieremo la nuova giacca entro 24 ore (se in magazzino).
