Simplified exchange and returns
With CYCAS D'OR you have 30 days to exchange your order and 14 days to return. We have a free return and exchange policy. This applies from the moment the order is in your possession. You can view and / or try on the article within this period, unless stated otherwise. The product can only be returned unused, with all its tags and labels, and, if possible, in its original packaging.
For å returnere bestillingen kan du sende en e-post til [email protected]. Vi krediterer deg beløpet tilbake innen 14 dagerend an email to [email protected]. We will credit you the amount back within 14 days.
Vi ber deg ta kontakt med vår kundeservice om du ønsker å bytte jakken din i en større eller mindre størrelse. Så snart vi har mottatt jakken, vil vi sende deg en ny jakke i løpet av 24 timer (om den er på lager).
