The lammy coat is a sheepskin leather jacket where the wool was not “sheared”. The wool stays attached to the leather and both are processed to give the desired result in terms of color and texture. Generally, the wool is worn on the inside of the lammy coat and the leather on the outside. However, there are lammy coats that can be worn on both sides. With the leather on the inside and the wool on the outside, you will still remain warm during the cold days.
